motivation for the participation in j.o.b.s. MDVI

The education and job situation in Denmark for MDVIs is not easy and a high number are badly or not educated at all and many MDVIs are unemployed. Furthermore, many MDVIs do not contribute to society, this leads to a situation with isolation. Due to lack of education and not being part of the job market, many MDVIs never learn how to cope with social and personal skills. Ibos would like to change this situation and have joined the MDVI project in order to get inspiration, learn about new or different methodologies, get new ideas and hopefully start a process of developing the MDVI situation at Ibos.
